Emon Hossain Akash, a 22-years delivery worker(rider) was shoot by Police while he was protesting with students with some other friends of him at Mirpur-10 on August 4, 2024, around 6 pm and was declared death by Dr. Azmal Hospital (Mirpur-10) at 6:35pm. He was shoot at head and was bandaged at hospital and declared death. Hospital did not provide any official death certificate of being shoot instead they gave a written details of death on a white paper and wrote it was a road accident case and signed on it, also hospital has referred the dead body to Dhaka medical for postmodern.
