On July 19, at 3:37 pm, he was shot in the alley next to Step Shoe Shop at the head of Razia Sultana Road. He was not involved in any political affairs. He had set out to close the shutters of his father’s shop and had gone to save a friend who had been shot in the face. He died before being taken to the hospital.
Short biography :
Mahmudur Rahman Saikat was born on September 11, 2004. He passed HSC from Government Mohammadpur Model School and College in 2023. He is the only and youngest son among the three children of Mahbubur Rahman and Afroza Rahman. His village home is in Sandeep thana of Chittagong district.
