Terms and Conditions

a. Objective
i. Your main objective in joining should be to seek justice for the unjust violence and killing of students and innocent people in Bangladesh.
ii. Your mindset should be how you can help raise our voice so we can provide evidence to an international organization to hold people and officials accountable for their crimes.

b. Privacy
i. We do not require any of your personal information. However, if you provide any details, your privacy is extremely important, and we will maintain your personal information in any way we can, only if you share it with us. Ultimately, you are responsible for the personal information you share.
ii. General media reports, which require proof to be credible, will be available in the post, but the reporter/journalist’s name or any personal details may be kept confidential upon request and will only be visible to international bodies reporting on the case/issue.

c. Risk and Responsibility
i. You understand that your honorable work might come into question by people with unjust intentions. It is your responsibility to keep all your private information confidential and not share any sensitive information with anyone, not even on this platform.
ii. We encourage you to communicate through our platform to maintain privacy, but if you decide to use an external source, we recommend you do not use any of your real information or photos to maintain your privacy.
iii. We highly encourage you to use a VPN when using our platform or doing any work related to it to hide your IP and maintain your privacy.
iv. We highly recommend you do not share that you are involved with us with anybody unless you trust them.

d. Compensation
i. Again, your objective in joining should be to help bring justice and provide evidence to hold people and officials accountable. Monetary compensation may be given based on your work, and it is at the discretion of the administrators. They can grant, change, or cancel any contract at any time.

e. Issues and Problems
i. If your personal information is compromised in any way, we are not responsible. Please read sections (b) and (c).
ii. If you are tricked into giving any of your personal information to anyone, including on our platform or our social media, we are not responsible.
iii. If government officials suspect you or if anyone who supports injustice is after you, we recommend you delete any sensitive information on your personal phone, laptop, or computer. Please try to notify us immediately if this happens.
iv. Please do not share your or our personal data/information with anyone anywhere.
