JMBF Condemnation: Justice Makers Bangladesh in France (JMBF) condemned the obstruction of legal representation, denial of self-defense, and physical assault of Dipu Moni and Arif Khan Joy at Dhaka’s Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court.
Violations: JMBF labeled these actions as gross violations of justice, human rights, and the rule of law.
Remand Orders: Dipu Moni received a four-day remand, while Arif Khan Joy was granted a five-day remand in connection with the murder of grocer Abu Syed in Mohammadpur, Dhaka.

Arrest of Arif Khan Joy: Arif Khan Joy was arrested in Dhanmondi in connection with the murder case and will be presented in court with a remand request.
