  – On July 4, 2024, Ena Properties’ personnel allegedly occupied the property and threatened the safety of Metro Homes’ chairman and staff.

  – A general diary has been filed by Metro Homes with the Mohammadpur Police Station regarding the threats and illegal occupation.

Legal Proceedings:

  – In 2010, Metro Homes entered into an agreement with landowners to develop the property. A legal dispute arose, leading to a 2020 court ruling that directed the landowners to transfer the property to Metro Homes.

  – The court had earlier issued an order to freeze the property on October 31, 2022. Despite this, Ena Properties is said to have taken possession using force and intimidation.

Responses:

 * Metro Homes: They claim to have legally acquired rights to the property and accuse Enamul Haque of using force to take control, ignoring court orders.

 * Enamul Haque: He denies the allegations, stating that he had a contract with the landowners and was unaware of the court orders.

Police Action: The Mohammadpur Police Station has been notified, and protection for Metro Homes’ officials will be provided. The police have committed to addressing any criminal activities involved.
