5. Omitted Properties: In the 2008 affidavit, Majumder declared three buildings, but these are not mentioned in the latest affidavit. Additionally, 244.90 decimals of non-agricultural land declared in 2008 are also not mentioned in the current affidavit.
6. Unchanged Agricultural Land Value: The value of his agricultural land has remained the same over the past 15 years, despite the significant increase in his other assets.

8. Undisclosed Gold Assets: In 2008, Majumder declared 10 bhori (around 116.64 grams) of gold in his wife’s name, but this is not mentioned in the latest affidavit. Instead, only 20,000 BDT worth of gold and precious metals in his name are declared.
